Some datas and results
WeChat 10 years anniversary campaign video
WeChat celebrated its 10-year-old birthday on LinkedIn. I created an animation for it by telling a story of how it was born and how it has been growing so fast. The plot is the timeline of when the crucial events took place.
A tight deadline
There was no assets provided and there were only 4 days to complete this video.
Within these 4 days I prepared all the assets by screen record, tried to understand the functions. amended the script, then completed the execution.
The result
Thousands of views and hundreds of likes in a few days. People commented on their first impressions and feelings to WeChat after seeing this video.
